Six months in and your team still can’t agree on what you actually do

It’s hurting your hiring, your sales calls, and every pitch. Sharpen runs a 90-min AI-facilitated positioning workshop with your whole team. Out the other side: one positioning document everyone can defend. $199. Money-back if your team can’t agree.

Three different decks. Two different one-liners. New hires who join and ask 'so what do we actually do again?'

How a Sharpen workshop runs

Step 1. Invite your team

Send the participant agent link to 3–8 people. They each spend ~20 minutes in a private 1:1 with the AI. No one sees anyone else's answers. That's the point.

Step 2. Run synthesis

Collect everyone's markdown files. Paste them with the synthesis agent into Claude. The blind submission means the AI sees signal, not groupthink.

Step 3. Get the document

Outputs a single document your team can rally around, whether that's a positioning document, a sales framework, or a strategy doc.

WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Every workshop ends with one document your team can rally around.

Around 2–3 pages, written by the synthesis agent from your team’s blind 1:1 responses. Ready to sign off, paste, and share.

Take positioning, for example:

  • Target audience. Who this is for, and who it isn’t.

  • Market category. What shelf you’re on.

  • Unique value. The one thing only you do.

  • Competitive alternatives. What your buyers do today instead.

  • Key differentiators. The 3–4 attributes that make you the obvious choice.

  • Positioning statement. One paragraph your team can paste into a deck on Monday.

Strategy, sales pitch, pricing, hiring, and customer discovery each have their own shape, same blind 1:1 → synthesis → one document mechanic.

IS THIS FOR YOU

If your team has a hard problem to align on, yes.

Sharpen works when (1) you’ve got a team of 3–15 with different perspectives on the same problem, (2) the answer matters enough to pay $5,000+ for a facilitator if you could justify it, and (3) you can’t.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything founders ask before buying

What tools do I need?
Claude Pro ($20/mo). The participant and synthesis agents both run in Claude.
How long does it take?
~20 minutes per team member across a week, plus ~30 minutes of your time on synthesis day.
What if the output isn't great?
Email me. I'll help you iterate or refund you. The setup guide has a troubleshooting section.
Does it work for B2B SaaS? Consumer? Dev tools?
Yes to all three. Hardest cases are very early-stage companies with no customers yet to triangulate against.
Where does the methodology come from?
Each workshop is built on a publicly-published framework — Dunford, Raskin, Martin, Ramanujam, Smart, Fitzpatrick. None of them have reviewed or endorsed Sharpen. This is built on their work, not approved by them.
Refund policy?
If your team can't agree on the positioning output after the workshop, refund and keep the bundle. 14-day window, self-attested, no forms.
How do future workshops get to me?
Same email you checked out with. Each new workshop drops into your Gumroad library automatically, and Gumroad emails you when it's available. No re-purchase, ever.
